Curtains:  We will accept any unused curtains in their original packaging for up to 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.  If you are not completely satisfied with your curtains and require a return, please go to the RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM in the "Customer Service" area of our website and complete the information required so we may send you a UPS Electronic Return Label.  After we receive your Return Authorization Form, we will email you a UPS Electronic Return Label for free return shipping. After 7 days, the freight-return charge will be the responsibility of the customer and there will be a 15% restocking fee. 

Hardware:  We will accept any unused hardware in its original package for up to 7 calendar days from the date you received your order. The freight return charge for hardware is the responsibility of the customer.  Before returning any hardware, you must submit a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM from our website. There will be a 15% restocking fee for hardware returned after 7 calendar days from the date you received your order.

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of customer receipt under the following conditions:

• All returns must be prearranged. You must submit a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM from our website.
• The package must be postmarked by the 7th calendar day from its receipt. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 7 calendar days from the date you received your order.
• All items must be returned unused in its original packaging and in like-new condition. We reserve the right to refuse credit on any items that are not returned in new and resalable condition.
• Please return a copy of the original sales receipt with the returned package.  
• Your refund (less the original shipping and handling charge) will be made within 7 calendar days from the date we receive your item.
• Shipments that are refused, returned without a Return Authorization, or that are returned because of an invalid address are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus applicable shipping and handling fees.
